You must send written notification of registration cancellation by email to astrobio2020@uj.ac.za. Registration cancellations received by 31 August 2020 (Early registration deadline) will receive a refund of their payments minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds can be issued for cancellations after 31 August 2020. Payments of all field trip fees are non–refundable.
